Social Sites present a new and growing avenue for you to link to potential users. The three ideas below are just a few of the ways to jump your traffic with Social Links.

A.    When you write articles makes sure that your social networking pages contain links to those articles.  But do this judiciously.  Dont’ write a ton of articles then paste links all over your social network pages.  Do it carefully and with some thought. Your articles should be original, relevant content that visitors will really learn something from.  Not more useless information.

B.    Place buttons on your site that provide users with the ability to bookmark your site or articles to their site pages.  This can create a viral effect which will grow your traffic dramatically if done right……but not overdone.

C.    There are new ways to advertise as well.   Check out Facebook which allows users to place advertising via a product which is similar to Google adwords.  Similar type programs are popping up in a lot of locations,  so keep your eyes open for new opportunities to spread the word.
